Webcam and Stream quality question

Hey!

So I stream at 1080p with 60fps and my Bitrate is 6500. I also have my webcam on while streaming with is at 720p, 30fps.

Everytime I look back at a VOD of my stream it doesn't look like I am streaming at 1080p, I'm not losing frames or lagging either.
Does having my webcam stream at 720p negate the quality of the stream overall because its not the same quality that I am streaming at?

It will if your webcam is broadcast at the full stream frame as you are streaming a 720p resolution upscaled to 1080p You'd also be wasting bandwidth and encoding power by going from 30 fps to 60fps by making your encoder create frames that are not there from the source

What are you streaming I assume not games

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
