Webcam and Mic desync when changing scenes

Hi all,

Okay start the stream with the webcam and mic all synced. They are two separate devices. I have used the cog and tested that they are synced by recording.

All devices are plugged into the USB ports of motherboard.

When I go to a scene with the webcam hidden due to it being a character I have created within stream so webcam does not show but you hear a different voice, they revert back to any scene with the webcam shown...the voice is out of sync i.e. microphone.

I have used the cog to sync at start and the microphone when set , is set across all scenes so if its sync;ed on one scene it is sync'd on all others.

Please can someone help....

Solved my own problem, in order not to lose sync you have to have your webcam shown but hide behind background - then its not in show but is active and mic and webcam when moving to other scenes stay synced....

Hope this helps other people...

Done one recording test only, stream on Monday or pop up stream tonight or sunday evening will tell me if it has worked.
