Hello. I have a problem that I can't fix for a long time. My stream gets blurry while I'm streaming, especially while movement. I tried to stream x264 / NVENC coders, but It's still the same. I have webcam: Logitech c922, I tried to set 60 and 30 fps, tried to up and down my bitrate, despairing of this.
Here is my PC specs:
Intel Core Ryzen 7 3700x
NVIDIA GeForce 1060 6gb
16gb memory
240 SSD
1TB HDD
Please help me, I asked a lot of people about this problem, all of them saying that it's strange problem that they didn't know why it is.
