I have configured a scene in OBS Studio that includes my webcam as a source. I used to use OBS and the scene window and webcam were only on when I was testing/recording/streaming. In OBS Studio however, the scene window and webcam are always on. I can live with/adjust to the scene window being always on if I must. However, I'd really like to only have my webcam be on when I'm testing or using it. Are the any options I can select to make this so? Thank you for your time.

Easiest option I found was to get a USB Hub with switched sockets - use the hub's switch to turn off the webcam when not using it (I'm a big believer in analogue on/off rather than software).
Also, if you're using a headset or studio microphone - in OBS, slide the webcam audio all the way to the left to turn it off or it could pick up background noise you don't want in your stream or video.
