Does Studio support the ability to have a layout generated by an external web site like the services provided by Strexm? I know that OBS Classic did, and I think I just might be missing it in the scene source menus. I'm sorry if this is a feature in development, and thus violating the forum rules. I'm new to the ins and outs of OBS and these forums.

Yep. Make sure you have chosen the download which includes Browser Source, if you haven't go back to the Download page and choose Studio under Select Version and hit the green OBS + Browser Source. Reinstall if need be.
Then to include your strexm overlay Add a new source, Choose Browser Source, set the dimensions to 1920 x 1080 and you are done. Here's my settings:
