Web Capture lag issues

Hello all!,

I'm new to the MAC world as well as the OBS world. I bought the Mac Mini M1with 8 GB RAM. I only use OBS to record my webcam while I capture videos on youtube. Reaction videos to be honest. My first 3 or 4 recordings worked great with no issue. Now for the past week, my last 3 recordings, I haven't posted because, I've noticed the web captured starts to lag behind the audio, My webcam and audio sync up perfectly but the audio and video from my web capture get more and more out of sync the further the video goes on. Please help me here.

Also, what settings would be best on the Output > Advanced Recording screen?
Encoders:
Apple VT H264 Software Encoder
Apple VT H264 Harware Encoder
AOM AV1
x264

Do I rescale output? I like the 1080 format?
What Bitrate should I run at?
Should I limit Bitrate? If so, at what bitrate?
what should my maximum bitrate window be?
Keyframe interval?
and what profile?

Hope you all can help me out. I've googled, I've tried over 50 different settings on YouTube and honestly, They all look great. Thanks in advance for ya'lls help.

So here's a work around I found. Instead of "Window Capture", I used Browser and it works perfectly. I just have to right click on the browser down in Sources and click on interact to use be able to interact with the browser!
