We used OBS to record a ZOOM meeting, but it recorded a "black screen" and only audio was recorded.

Hi, everyone!

This is Day 3 that we used OBS to record a ZOOM meeting.
For Days 1 & 2, the recording went fine. Upon checking the video recording on its designated folder, OBS did not capture the video.
I tried opening the recording using VLC but the clip display no video.

Please help us out. It is important that we were able to retrieve the video for a report.

Installed RAM: 12.0 GB (11.9 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

p.s. I am not a PRO when using OBS. We were thinking, the internet speed throttling affected the OBS recording. Should there be no options, please let me know what happened. Also, please provide us further notes on how we can avoid this from further happening. :<
