We have a volume mixer for Desktop and Mic, would be great to see this expanded to each Application

I realize my PC has it's own volume mixer, but it would be great if we could change the volume OBS is picking up that would be perfect. A common example is sometimes people want to filter out Discord. Obviously just turning it down doesn't work because then they can't hear it. It takes MULTIPLE third party solutions to get such a thing going. It would also be great for turning down browser volume to make sure a low view count video doesn't have an N word snuck in there, before playing it on stream, etc.

I would absolutely love to see this feature!

Windows' audio capture API does not allow programs to only capture specific programs. You can only capture an audio device which means capturing all programs outputting to that device at the volume currently set in the program and in the system mixer.
