Washed out image - Youtube Livestream

Hey Guys,

i wanna stream on Youtube later this Month regulary but my stream has a big Issue.
My Image looks like blury/washed out.

x264 - 1080p without any Scaling
I tryed different Bitrates CBR (9000 Kbps - 20000 Kbps), Keyframes (2/3 but 99% of the Time 2), Profile: main, CPU Setting: medium,
Tune: nothing, no x264 Parameters.

Motherboard: MSI x370 Gaming Pro Carbon
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3800X
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB

And it runs on the CPU on all Cores max 70%.

I stream from my Gaming PC -> Stream PC booth Windows 10 over NDI.

What can i change to get a better Stream?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Okay, did that, changed it yesterday before that test Stream.
So i'am 100% shure this is not the only Problem.

Any other Ideas?

That should be the only issue. Your video looks fine to me, perhaps you are affected by monitor or playback settings somewhere.
 
Twitch streams will usually look better since Youtube re-encodes all input. Use as much bitrate as you can to avoid generational loss. You should also be using high profile unless there's a specific reason you picked main.
 
The only Reason why i didn't used High was because old devices like Smartphones will see a black Screen instead of a Video and only can listen to the stream. (This is what i read online)
But maybe you know more about that, so i guess i shoul use high instead.

Is there a Parameter for x264 that i can use to get a crisper image?
 
Ok, i got it on high and added a few x264 Parameters that i found and they might help.
(I know this is a shooter but if i have a awesome image on a shooter it might work to for New World)

Setting excessive b-frames is going to do more harm than good.

Please be aware that 99.9%+ of "best settings guides" have NO IDEA what they're talking about, are just parroting information from the countless others, and generally also will do more harm than good.

Ok so maybe 2 b-frames?

I searched on a x264 Doku with a Description what Parameter what does and added them.
There was actually no Guide involved.

well then screw x264 and use nvenc.
In short
Set your encoder to nvenc with preset quality
Set your bitrate to 45 MBit/s
Scale your footage up to 2560x1440, you can do that with typing that manually in the Output (Scaled) Resolution Box.

Better it will not get on youtube.
