WARNING - RNNoise and church broadcasts with music don't mix!

So I downloaded v26 several days ago and was so excited to test out the new AI RNNoise filter during our church's broadcast, hoping it would reduce the ambient noise from the few folks in the congregation, baby's crying, etc. I set up the filter on our input source and forgot about it. Today during our broadcast, we kept getting feedback from our online viewers on FB and YouTube that the audio was cutting out during the music. The pastor's voice was fine, but the music was terrible. We kept checking the sound mix, everything looked and sounded great coming from the board. The audio input display on OBS showed the audio dropping off then back up again then off again, every time the organ started playing. About halfway through the service, I remembered the RNNoise filter. I quickly turned it off and the sound was back to perfect again, levels becoming steady again. I'm not sure why it would try to filter out the organ music, but it did. While the AI did a great job of filtering out the congregation noise, it's definitely not suited for music in a live broadcast setting yet. Just a little Pro Tip from today's experience.

All mics are mixed through a soundboard and are output to a single channel in OBS. No clipping warnings on the board.

I can confirm that this happened to our church service as well, the voice sounded perfectly clear however when the singing and instruments kicked in it was a horror show.

Lesson learned, use Speex as the nois suppresion filter and AVOID RRNoise unless you're only speaking over the microphone.

The noise reduction filters are intended to reduce non-voice noises, they should only be applied to microphone sources that are used for speech, not music.
