Question / Help Warframe records and streams laggy

I'm trying to record and stream warframe at 1080p60 on YouTube but it comes out really choppy and laggy. I use the NVENC H.264 encoder at 20000 bitrate. Any solutions?

Why would you stream in 20000 bitrate? Just use 6000 bitrate with 1080p60. Also try to cap the framerates in Warframe.
