Wanted to start streaming/recording FGO but audio is distorted and delayed in OBS and Streamlabs *AUDIO WARINING*

I've gone through multiple videos and articles but nothing seems to work, was wondering if anyone had any solutions or options to remedy this.

I'm using a Elgato HD60 X capture device
