Vulkan layout seeming to cause performance issues in The Crew: Motorfest Closed Beta

I can't verify that the Vulkan layout used in any version greater than 28.1.0 is specifically the issue, but I and many others have found that OBS Studio causes severe performance issues in this title. This could be Ubisoft's fault, but I thought I would just bring it up here regardless.

From my experience, I can confirm that having OBS installed at all makes the game pretty much unplayable. I know it's only a closed beta, but considering the popularity of OBS among streamers and such, it's kinda hard to believe Ubisoft would let this happen
