I'm new with using VST plugins for audio, and my first tests was on 4k display (Windows 11), and I noticed that when I open the plugins' preference "interface", the actual interface is like a quarter of the window size, the other 3/4ths just white/blank. I then stumbled on the display scaling and noticed the relation between the size of VST plugin's interface, and the windows, is exactly proportional to the display's scaling, ie. 200% the windows is double the size, 150% 1.5 times the size, 125% 1.25x the size. What is interesting is that the plugin is scaled though, just the surrounding window is the extra size.
Anybody else having similar experience?
I did noticed that when I open the plugin's interface and resize the display scalings, that some plugins do handle it and I can have a nice scaled plugin interface with zero white. SOme just "ignored" it while others have artifacts.
