VST plugin interface not showing

Im new here but the thing is with plugin I've installed is that the interface is not showing. I've followed all correct path on where the files should be. NOTE: I use Marvel GEQ plugin

i found this tip in a youtube comment
open your C/drive.>Program Files (NOT program files x86)>COMMON>then in common folder create a NEW FOLDER called VST2. THEN after downloading the plugin run the installation and install the plugin into that folder. Restart OBS and boom it should pop up.
i have obs downloaded in Program Filesx86 so I followed the same steps just with Program Filesx86 instead

but now I am having the problem with the interface not even opening even though it is showing up in my list of plugins on obs
