Question / Help VR 3 EX

I am trying to get the OBS Software to display my VR 3EX video/Audio. The computer is running Win 10 the devices and printers is picking up the VR 3EX but I cannot get a video signal to the Software ? I am getting a Video resolution failed error Any ideas on how to fix this?

Does it offer directshow drivers? If not, you won't be able to use it with OBS for video. Audio, you can if it shows up as a system audio device.

Rick Coombs, Did you find a solution? I am having the same issue. I get audio, but no picture.
