I'm helping another user with support for this issue. A few of her audio sources, including Twitch alerts (browser source) and Spotify (audio application) are normal volume from her perspective, but when she goes live they are very quiet.
While live, these sources still have plenty of volume according to the volume mixer and appear in the VOD at normal volume too, but they are quiet to her while streaming.
She's verified that her default monitoring device is set to her headset. The browser source is set to monitor and output in advanced audio settings. I'm a little baffled so I hope someone here can help! Attached are logs from 2 recent streams where this issue occurred.
Edit: I did notice that her Spotify source is set to monitor and output which I think is unnecessary since it already outputs to her headset, so I'll have her switch that to monitor off. Not sure if that could cause her issue
