VOLUME.com - new service request

VOLUME.com is a 24/7 livestreaming website dedicated to musicians and other performing arts. We are looking to get Volume.com added as a service under the stream tab. How would we go about doing that?

Our RTMP link is: rtmp://live.volume.com/live-origin

Would love a PM from anyone that has a knowledge of doing this.
