I don't hear it as Robotic but near the end can hear the Noise suppression filter distorting your mic, I don't know if they have fixed that bug. I don't think it's clipping because even with your Desktop and Mic together you aren't hitting 0dB, unless your mic is clipping and you have turned it down in OBS.
Watch this video I made on how you can get rid of noise using
ReaPlugs-ReaJS Stillwell/Expander. I specifically did it with my AT2020 instead of my dynamic mic, I also cranked my gain to make it as noisy as possible to demonstrate how much an Expander can reduce noise.
