Voice isn't turning up when watching videos

I've started using my phone as a camera with VOD.Ninja. when I'm recording using OBS, my voice is captured by my laptop, but when I begin watching a YouTube video my voice is muted only being able to hear the video playing.
How can I hear both my voice and the YouTube video while recording?
