Voice audio is the only thing not picked up in stream but all other sounds are fine

I can go in game and adjust the in game audio to check and when i move the voice bar it doesnt make sound through stream even though i can hear it. and all the other sounds in game. my clip shows nothing else is failing to come through but that one track I guess
