VLC Video Source stuck on first frame, audio streaming normally

I'm trying to stream a video file to Facebook Live. OBS picks up the first frame of the video in the preview, but doesn't play the rest of the frames even though the audio continues to play and stream normally.

Any help appreciated.

Please ignore, it turned out I had the wrong source set up. I just needed the media source option rather than VLC video source.
