Bug Report VLC video source has no video but audio works

I am running into a weird situation with OBS Studio 21.1.2 on a Paperspace VPS. I'm using a VLC video source. The audio plays, but the video does not show up. The weird thing is when you go into Properties and then look at the preview window on the top the Properties window, the video is there. I double checked to make sure the source is stretched to fill the screen, and still nothing. I tried both VLC 2.2.8 and 3.0.3 -- same issue.

Is there some weird setting I need to flip somewhere for this to work?

Figured out the problem. If you go to the VLC scene, right click and go to "Transform > Edit Transform"

If you go to Bounding Box Type: "Stretch to Bounds" works - "Scale to width of bounds" is broken. Marking this as a bug.
