new member here and fairly new to OBS as well.
I'm running latest OBS 64 bit on Windows 10 and it generally works well apart from a problem which comes and goes with one particular video source.
I'm using an LKV373a to convert a HDMI camera to an IP stream - it works well and VLC can display the stream perfectly.
However when I try and import this stream into OBS using the VLC source selection and a url of udp://@239.255.42.42:5004 it's hit and miss as to whether it works.
Some times its fine and other times it freezes instantly.
Not sure this is relevant but as the LKV373 uses multicast and I don't want it to flood my network it has its own dedicated ethernet card and I've added a persistent route to it such that VLC and other apps find it ok.
Any help gratefully received !

edit just been reading about how to add a log file to assist with debug - I'll post the log file tomorrow.
