VLC Player Source For Inputting a YouTube

I have my VLC Player properly installed. It's with the latest version.

I open OBS, and add a VLC Video Source. Then input a proper YouTube video link to it. After that, it can neither play in OBS window locally nor stream it to my RTMP server.

I tried the same operation in my Windows PC, it worked!

Is it a bug in Mac OBS?
