Question / Help Vivotek camera wont connect to OBS

I am helping out a guy. He just bought a Vivotek IB9391-EHT camera. He owns several other Vivotek cameras, all of which will connect to OBS. For some reason, this new camera isn't showing up. It is showing in the Vivotek software. He has tried everything he knows of to try. Any thought?

Sounds like either Vivotek didn't supply a standard USB video device driver for this camera, or it isn't installed.
