Question / Help Visual Lag and Audio Issues when Streaming

Yesterday I was streaming and recording with no problem. But then I started to teleport around in game and the audio would occasionally crackle / cut out for a brief second. My CPU usage looked normal, same for GPU. Memory usage wasn't maxed out as far as I could see. No idea what could be causing the issue.

Specs:
i7 6700k
MSI GTX 970
16GB DDR4 RAM
