Kinda weird question,
I recently tried to use OBS Studio over standard, as standard was having too many problems with Mobile GPU's such as not being able to capture browser windows, or use monitor capture. All was well, being able to use both,
until I started streaming, any my in game FPS counter was the same / average (100+ FPS) was using OBS Standard, but the actual screen felt like it was playing at 30 Hz on my side, while using Standard I feel like the game is playing at 60 Hz.
A similar effect happened to me when I used to us Fraps, where I would record at 60 FPS, my side, visually, can see about 30 FPS or less, but when I watched the file, it was clearly at 60 FPS, while I myself did not visually, look at my monitor, and see like, 60 Hz or FPS.
Was wondering if anyone knows what is going on / why its doing this, I could try recording on both programs to see if there is visually an output difference. I have tried to get as close to my OBS Standard stream settings on OBS Studio.
Thanks in advance!
