So I wanted to stream a bit of Dota 2 gameplay, however I noticed right away, that the game in "preview" looks so slow. It looks like FPS is around 20 or something, even though in the bottom of OBS says it's running on 60. Game is running on all max settings no problem over 70 fps. It's worth mentioning I don't even hit Record or Stream. Just by opening OBS with game capture is enough.
Tried all kinds of settings in OBS. Tried to lower down in-game video settings to absolute lowest possible along with smallest resolution, however it does nothing.

Also worth mentioning I've been running fortnite with obs - no problem.
