Question / Help Visual c++ problem

Hello i download obs and i wan_t to install it.When i start to install it_s says;Download ...... Visual c++.I download it and when i want to start the Visual c++ instalation it_s says This is not compatible with your windows contact the developers...
I have windows 10 x64bit.
