VirtualCam missing from tools menu in v27.1.3 after clean install

I've just exported all my OBS settings & files from my old computer to my new Win11 PC. I've learned that I do not need to install the VirtualCam plugin any more because it's now included with OBS. The problem is, ALL of my scenes and ALL of my sources are horizontally flipped when I view my VirtualCam in Zoom. There USED to be a VirtualCam option on the tools menu, which gave us the option for "horizontal flip". Looking at my old laptop, the option is present, but on my new rig, with a fresh install of OBS, the option is not there, therefore I cannot do a horizontal flip. Both computers are running v27.1.3, but the old one had a manual VirtualCam plugin installed. The new one had it installed manually.

I'm aware that I could just manually rearrange/flp ALL of my (many) scenes and corresponding sources, but that's going to be a lot of work and is a poor workaround. Has the VirtualCam tools-menu option been moved elsewhere? How/where can I access the "horizontal flip" option of the VirtualCam now that it's pre-installed in version 27.1.3?

Or should I just manually install the VirtualCam plugin anyway, even though it's already pre-installed? If so which version? I see that the latest version has a bug that doesn't allow for horizontal flip, so should I manually install the old version?

Thanks for your time and help!

The version of VirtualCam installed in the base install is a 'light' version, lacking most of the features of the full-fat plugin to simplify usage for new users.
To get access to the full option-set, you'll need to install the full plugin.

Note that you don't actually need to use the flip option. This makes it look correct for you but everyone else will see it flipped, as the preview in most software is mirrored.
