Virtual PTZ on video source

Hi,
I was thinking about a virtual ptz control on a video source. I am curious if somethin exists already. I couldn't find anything.
We have 4k camera input what is zoomed in into 1080p. It would be amazing if could move the zoomed in video with a controller or keyboard keys similar like a ptz controlled camera.

Do you have an idea if a plugin like that already exists?

There is a LUA script you can install which adds a filter. If you apply the filter to a source or scene, you can go into the filter settings and zoom and pan:

OBS Lua - Pan Zoom Rotate

A Lua script to adds pan, zoom and rotate transform effect filter. Copy filter-PZR.lua to your scripts folder. (Tested only on Windows 10)

Yeah. I saw that already. I need something to move the zoomed in camera input with keys or a controller.
