Question / Help Virtual OBS & Webex

I see the scene that I created and images that I have uploaded with ONS but I don’t see myself? Does another person need to be in a Webex room? I’m very ignorant in this process I’ve download the program watch a YouTube click but I can’t see my self within a source/background image
