Virtual light ring script for webcam (Windows only) - Use your monitor to brighten your webcam image

All the great streamers need great lighting (or so I am told).
This script checks the registry once a second for the webcam being used. If it is, it swaps your existing wallpaper with a completely white wallpaper, which will bathe you in a wonderful glow.

Requirements:
Python
A white image, preferably the same resolution as your desktop.

Feel free to change the colour of the wallpaper to suit your individual needs.
