Hello, I created a Virtual Display through Windows features...
  1. Right click on the desktop, click 'Screen Resolution'
  2. Click 'Detect' on the next screen
  3. Click 'Another display not detected' and under the multiple displays option select 'Try to connect anyway on: VGA'
  4. Click 'Apply'
...but OBS Studio can't see it (only first main display) when OBS Classic can.
I'm using Windows 10.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Using Quick Sync in Windows 7?
Want to use Rainmeter through virtual screen with some chroma key as a wallpaper.
I followed your instructions, set up second ghost display and after "extend screens" I could get it via Display Capture.
This is a laptop with VGA connector.

Maybe you need a cable adaptor? (go to 01:40 in video)
Not sure about it because as I said before everything is fine in OBS Classic.

Ok, I can say it's definetly something wrong with my PC/Configuration. Found more strange things, I can use Fullscreen Projector (Source) with virtual display and it's working. Also tried integral gpu and everything went fine.
