It Software Webcam that has the OBS output as it's video source
That way you can add that Virtual Camera as the video source(AKA webcam) for Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc
That way you can composite multiple cameras, graphics, audio plus switch scenes and such just like you were streaming from OBS directly to a video site but as a Webcam you use in another program
