Virtual Camera video sucks - help

The Virtual Camera video sucks. Low frame rate, crazy delay, but when I turn off the Virtual Camera, it turns off normally. The picture attached is the picture that shows up when the Virtual Camera is off. If I turn it off, that picture shows up instantly. No delay. But if I turn it on, I see the most garbage video. I need to use the Virtual Camera right now. (This is my 2nd post because nobody replied to my last post.)

After updating OBS Studio to its latest version, the Virtual Camera video feed kinda improved. When the frames dropped, it would come back to its normal state after a few seconds. But it still drops frames. At least that's an improvement. Thanks, OBS!
