virtual camera : portrait video in OBS is displayed in a landscape format on messenger

Hi,
I'm using a virtual camera and I want to stream a portrait video so that people can watch it vertically on their phone.
In OBS, everything looks good.

However, when i start it and connect to messenger, the video is shown i a landscape format. Even if users are holding their phones vertically, the video is not displayed on the full screen.

When I connect to something else like zoom or jitsi, it works well.
Why doesn't it work woth messenger?

Confirmed. i'm seeing this too..... must be something with facebook messenger on the desktop.
a possible workaround is using bluestacks with the messenger app? or perhaps the mobile version of the webpage? havent tested it
