Random Switcher Operator

I need your help. The Virtual Camera output isn't working properly. I'm losing frames on the Virtual Camera output while the stream output is fine. But whenever I restart the Virtual Camera though, the video becomes normal for a few seconds, then the frame drops come back. What can I do to fix this forever? Is it a coding bug? Should I update to the latest version?
