Virtual camera on, OBS-Camera not showing

Hi. On Mac OS 10.15.x and OBS 27.0.1, when I start the virtual camera (now built in to OBS), I don't see OBS-Camera as a choice in either FaceTime or Google Meet. I've got the Video Capture Device as a source and I can see the image from my camera in the OBS window. What am I missing? Thanks.

What browser are you using for Google Meet ?
In Chrome-based browser I think I have to do reload via the URL command (can't remember what the command is). For Firefox I think it took me various restart of both machine and browser.
Do you have other software to test, like Quicktime ?

It worked with QuickTime Player with the record movie command. Hmmmm. Still doesn't work with FaceTime. I'll keep trying with Google Meet and various browsers. Thx

Did you find a solution to this, I am having the same issue. Virtual camera is fine in Zoom and Teams but not in Google Meet or Facetime. For me it doesn't appear as a capture option in Quicktime either, although it looks like you could do this.
