Virtual camera laggy and blurry while on call

I'm new using OBS Studio. I'm trying to make a video call of a particular video using the media source and explain it to someone on video call using chrome (Instagram). But sucks she sees the video call alot laggy and blurry. But on my end it looks great. Unlike hers. Would be glad if you could help me out

OBS can't control what the other application does with the video. Most video calls are very low bitrate and low FPS since you don't need much for someone's face, they tend to fall apart when used for other content.
