Virtual Camera HTML rather than NDI output version

It would be very handy to have a feature, that behaves in essence like the virtual camera with NDI as output, but in this case HTmL as it would enable to see the OBS result on any browser, especially having smart TV's in mind which have browsers built in and could so be fed over the network without converting and reconverting and lag with NDI (NDI can get badly affected by lag) and visible on anything that can handle a browser
