I think the difference is I installed an addon for a previous version at home. My home computer has a Virtual Cam item in the Tools menu. The work one does not.
My initial install at work was 26.0.2 installed just the other day with no addons. I updated to 27.1 on both machines today.
1. Should 27.1 work with Webex now?
2. What would the add on have been I used? I found a file in obs-plug-ins/32bit called obs-virtualoutput.dll. I am running the 64 bit OBS.
My work pc is limited to approved downloads.
