Virtual Cam on arm64 devices

Are there any known issues with this? I have a pretty clean set up, I think:

- Freshly installed x64 version of OBS 27.1.3 on a Microsoft Surface Pro X (an arm64 windows device)
- No errors or issues in log (https://obsproject.com/logs/r-KSFPOdvDXBd5P7)

But OBS virtual camera fails to start in every program (VLC / Zoom / Google Meets / Camera app) I have tried. Even when running a blank or simple scene.

I found this - but I'm not a programmer, so I don't quite understand it. I've downloaded pre-built binary https://github.com/tommyvct/obs-studio/releases/tag/27.0.0-rc5 but it doesn't have a virtual camera function - and the instructions are "a manual registration of Virtual Camera is needed" which I don't understand how to perform.
