Question / Help Virtual cam is not installing help please

So I had virtual cam installed previously and for some reason, it disappeared I have tried uninstalling obs and reinstalling I and I have installed the Microsoft visual studio.
and for some reason im getting this error and i don't see a way to tell the installer where to choose another drive.
