Installed Smart Lower Third v2.0 using exe file. The plugin is available under dock tab. On invoking SLT I am able to dock. Created plugin-data folder and slt folder within it. Path to slt folder is also set. But on clicking the + sign the lower third is not visible.

Do you have the Browser Source added inside your scene ? There is a refresh button on top, also explained in the video

Great plugin, very simple to use. I installed and actually created my data folder in my documents (in the same area that I keep most OBS media - for example: ...\Pictures\OBS\SmartLowerThirds), works fine.
The only issue I am having is that the animations when the thirds enter and leave do not seem to be working at all.

Hmm that’s strange, looks like the animate.css is not loading for you. I’ll try to add a pocket edition in the next version.

hey im westonwilliams2637 who commented on your yt video and when i press add/refresh button to add it in the scene, it doesnt work. You asked for the log file so here it is
turns out I made obs an administrator, and now it added it in a source and its working great. it auto changes the file so all is good now

Hmmm. Could be. I am not seeing any animate.css in the data folder.

It contains this:
lt-1766752644269.html
lt-scripts.js
lt-state.json
lt-styles.css
lt-visible.json

The png are the graphics I chose for "profile image" etc.

I used the full Windows installer to install and created the folder, (in my documents) as mentioned.

Perhaps I missed step?

The animate.css is loaded in the lt-{timestamp}.html through the cdn link and it is possible that your system may not be able to access the cdn link and in order to fix that I may have to create a portable edition that stores and creates the animate.css file.

Indeed I forgot to specify that, I'm usually installing all my software in a designated partition to avoid all that windows security stuff. OBS Studio must have full read / write access to the resources path to be able to create the json with the data

Ahh so you are calling to the animate file online. Yes, for sure I think many people's machines will not allow that. I hope there is a way to supply this locally somehow.

That would be good. I did try downloading the css manually, placed it alongside the other files and changed the reference in the timestamp html to:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="./animate.min.css">

But it didn't work. (Just fyi).

It won't work because the html file is rewritten upon every update
