Question / Help Vignette Around The Screen...?

I have a question: You see that darkness around the photo? It won't go away. No matter what the picture is, it always has that dark rim around it. Yes, I have updated it and it still wouldn't go away. I've messed around with the Image filters and it's still there. Is this a bug or am I just not looking in the right place? If anyone can help me, that would be great!

I edited in what the picture actually looks like, verses what comes up on my OBS.

Looks like the border is on the file itself, and not being added by obs.
