viewers are getting booted and dropped from my stream

i've been live streaming for several years on the same platform. that said, just in the last year or so, i've had multiple issues with the viewer count in my room. multiple viewers have reported getting kicked from my room and having to either refresh the page or manually type in my url to see the stream. on my end I can see hundreds (sometimes thousands) of users just vaporize... i just wanted someone with some more technical knowledge to check out my latest stream log and tell me if i'm missing something.

i stream 4k video from my lumix gh5 to my elgato capture card. audio from a yeti mic. brand spanking new rog laptop (literally only OBS and chrome installed on it).

things i've tried: switching from the global main server to the global backup server or the closest geographical server. switching my browser. contacting the host site support (they're no help).

i have occasionally gotten bitrate warnings but i didn't have any of those issues tonight. even still, i watched my viewer count drop from 4600 users to 1200 in a matter of minutes during a particularly inexplainable spot in my live stream. what i mean is that usually in the past, this part of my stream GROWS the viewer count NOT depletes it.

i'm at my wits end and am willing to try just about anything to get back to the way things were.

You need to contact the support of the streaming service you're using.

Thanks. I have. Still waiting to hear back. They're going to ask for my stream settings and a screen grab of a speed test. Then they're gonna say, "well, everything seems fine. No problems on your end, but also, no problems on our end either". They refuse to accept any culpability.
