Question / Help Viewer say my stream buffers every 2 seconds?

Hello! I have finally made the switch to OBS Studio but I have a few issues with it, one of them being the stream buffers every 2 seconds according to some views I have. I also have issues with high encoder usage even though I have a i7-4790 Quad Core and a GTX 980 Ti.

Isn't 2500 720? That's what I've always used and now your telling me it's too high? Because when using OBS classic I don't have these issues and on Classic I wasn't running into "High CPU usage" like I am now with Studio version.

If you're saying 2500 isn't too high, you have NOT read that thread or at least don't fully understand it.

As for your high encoder warning use, running a c920 at 1920x1080 on windows is a known cause of it.

I also have issues with high CPU usage on Studio but I don't have that issue on Classic. Is it because it needs fine tuning?
