Question / Help Videos Take Up Too Much File Space?

I made a post previously on my videos being extremely laggy and choppy even though it wasn't like that before, but I've also noticed that it might correlate to my videos being 10x the file size of my old ones, despite being the same length? You first made a stream with bitrate 3500, and in the past you probably made recordings with that bitrate as well. Now you made a recording with bitrate 40000, which is 11.4 times bitrate 3500, thus taking up 11.4 times the space if written to disk.
